Description:
Abstract:
The polygon locations were determined by a coordinated effort of the USFS and the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks (MDFWP), and were based on the mule deer monitering studies and were summarized in the "Interagency Rocky Mountain Front Wildlife Monitering / Evaluation Program" (September 1987). Mule deer transitional range is areas that the mule deer use between their winter range and summer range (spring and fall use.)
Purpose: For map display and analysis work.
